- TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in REGION 3 / SOMERSET, PA SOLICITATION NO: 16-Reg3_5PA0395 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X – Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: PA City: SOMERSET Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of Felgar Road and Hickory Hollow Road, head East on Felgar Road to Autumn Drive; North on Autumn Drive to Harmon Street; East on Harmon Street to N Center Avenue; North on N Center Avenue to N Pleasant Avenue; head East/Southeast on N Pleasant Avenue which becomes S Pleasant Avenue to Race Street; West on Race Street to S Kimberly Avenue; South on S Kimberly Avenue to Ice Street; West on Ice Street to Kantner Avenue; South on Kantner Avenue to Ice Street; West on Ice Street to Cannell Drive; South on Cannell Drive to S Franklin Avenue; North on S Franklin Avenue to W Garrett Street; West on W Garrett Street to Harrison Avenue; North on Harrison Avenue to W Main Street (Rte 31); East on W Main Street (Rte 31) to Colby Avenue; North on Colby Avenue to Forest Avenue; West on Forest Avenue to Clover Hill Road; North on Clover Hill Road to Felgar Road back to the intersection of Felgard Road and Clover Hill Road. (ABOA): 2,053 Space Type: Office Term: 10 Years, 5 years firm HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg3. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any “Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg3 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
