Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Steris Corporation because we believe they are the sole source provider for Preventative Maintenance, inspection and repair for Steris equipment due to specific patented and proprietary characteristics of the already installed/performing equipment that limits the availability to a sole source. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
