Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide Laboratory Fee Basis Testing for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie L. Murphy Division located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229-4404. Contractor will provide reference laboratory Testing on specific analysis and /or assays on as needed basis as pre-approval rates not to exceed the Medicare rate. An estimated 16 Kidney, 16 muscle, 6 nerve, biopsy tests, 18 full autopsies (12 without brain and 6 with brain) and 18 brain, single organ only autopsies, plus 80 VORICONAZOLE and 16 POSACONAZOLE tests are required from time of award for a period of one (1) Year. Award will be made as a Base + 4 Option Years. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Laboratory Fee Basis Testing and guidance in Clinical Pathology Procedures as specified herein for eligible VA beneficiaries of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229-4404.
