- In accordance with FAR Part 36.600, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) anticipates awarding one Full-Service Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for architect-engineer (AE) services. AE services will include all pertinent work needed: conduct planning, scoping, preliminary and final design in support of several federally funded programs administered by WAPA. This is not a Request for Proposals. See attachment titled Request for Qualifications, October 2, 2017 for further information about the selection process.
