- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-T-0177 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source Basis with Kaman Aerospace Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. PLEASE COMPLETE SECTION K in attached RFQ. Please include any fees for IUID tags for items valued over 5 K Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Only quotes from Kaman Aerospace Corporation authorized distributors will be accepted.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00pm est., on 16 October 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
