- Description
- SPE4A7-18- R-0040 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 753 each of NSN 1680-01-059-6193: F-16 FILTER ASSEMBLY. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 300 Days for the Production Items. IUID is not required for this material. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. Approved Sources: 93835 PARKER HANNIFIN 49695 PARKER HANNIFIN This is an Unrestricted Procurement. The Sole Source has a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and award is expected to be made to against that instrument. for that reason No RFP will be issued unless other legitamate interest is expressed.
