Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Louisianna City:Baton Rouge Delineated Area:North: Jefferson Hwy/US 61 East: Siegen Lane South: Highland Road West: Lee Drive/Cottage Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):1,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):1,500 Space Type:Office space Parking Spaces (Total):2 GOV, 1 boat Parking Spaces (Surface):3 fenced or secured parking Parking Spaces (Structured):N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):N/A Full Term:15yrs Firm Term:10yrs Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Secured and covered parking space to store a 30ft trailer with boat Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any • Date of space availability • Building ownership information • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
