- Desired Qualifications The Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) located in Panama City, FL, is seeking sources for non-personal, on-site support services for an Electronics Technician with experience related to build, test, troubleshoot, and repair developmental and production electronic components and systems in biomedical instrumentation, including thermistors and thermocouples, pneumotachometers, gas analyzers, electrocardiograms, National Instruments analog and digital data acquisition systems, and Fluke Hart Scientific calibration equipment. Ability to develop, modify, and/or troubleshoot LabVIEW code in data acquisition interfaces. See attached draft desired qualifications. The Government intends to set aside any resulting solicitation per FAR Part 19.13, 19.14, or 19.15. The resulting solicitation will include DFARS clause 252.235-7004 PROTECTION OF HUMAN SUBJECTS.
