- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation System (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), under solicitation number W58RGZ-18-Q-0002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). This requirement is for the procurement of 10 each B4 maintenance platform stands, NSN: 1730-00-294-8883. This requirement is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the country of Saudia Arabia on a letter of agreement, Line 137. The B4 stand is a hydraulically operated, adjustable platform and ladder assembly mounted on a caster-equipped base which can be moved to enable personnel to work safely at heights of approximately 3 to 7 feet. The B4 is mobile and the swivel casters that can be locked for stability when the stand is in the desired location. A tow bar is provided to permit towing by vehicle when movement over long distances is required. The platform is designed to support up to 500 pound in its raised position. The contract shall commence delivery of the 10 each units 60 days after contract award. The B4 Maintenance Stands will be ship to: MAPAC: BSIH00, DODAAC: W5J9D5, Address: Science & Engineering Services, LLC. 248 Dunlop Blvd Huntsville, AL 35824. Mark for: MAPAC: BSIA00 Address: US Army Program Manager For SANG Modernization Dammam, Saudi Arabia Packaging will be standard commercial packaging. Inspection, acceptance, and FOB will be Origin. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items or certification that these have been completed online via Online Representations and Certifications application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov/. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror who is determined to be the lowest-priced, technical-acceptable offeror. The offeror's proposal must be signed, dated and delivered, submitted electronically, or mailed to the following office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Central) on 17 October 2017.
