- US District Court Clerk Space Re-Carpet GSA is requesting a cost proposal for US District Court Clerk Space Re-Carpet at Ronald Dellums Federal Building. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment unless otherwise noted in scope or drawings to accomplish this project. The project consists of the removal of carpet tile and rubber cove base throughout Suite 400S and installation of new carpet and cove base with color and style specifications provided. Provide 5% (of approximate material) for repair stock Deviations from existing building materials noted on plan must receive written approval prior to purchase, fabrication or installation from GSA Contracting Officer. All measurements provided are approximate - Contractors are responsible for verifying the exact measurements. Please review the attached Request for Proposal and documents for information.
