- The Forest Service's Pacific Northwest Region (R6) is seeking high level professional coaches capable of providing individual and group coaching services to R6 Forest Service employees at all levels. Our objective is to ensure that the Forest Service is a place where we are culturally diverse, adaptable to changing technology and responsive to changing public expectations. Region 6 intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) to maximize the variety of the coaches available to an increasingly diverse workforce. Region 6 encompasses the Regional Office in Portland, Oregon and 16 National Forests (and their respective District offices) across Oregon and Washington. The Coaches must be flexible enough to be able to work in a variety of situations depending on need, but first and foremost they need to be able to provide individual coaching to supervisors and employees at all levels of development as well as facilitate a group, team or district to develop their team or organization. Following a performance-based acquisition approach, the contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, software, telecommunications, facilities and related services required to meet or exceed the Region 6 objectives. The solicitation used to establish the initial group of BPA holders will be issued via this web site on or about October 20, 2018. The solicitation will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable NAICS is 611430 with a corresponding size standard of $11.0 million. The initial solicitation will result in several awards. The number of BPA holders may be adjusted over time to ensure there is sufficient coverage for the services being ordered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government. Please note that prospective offerors MUST be registered, and active, in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
