- NPAN TEMPEST COMPUTER SYSTEM CERTIFIED The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division has a requirement for the procurement of TEMPEST NSTISSAM 1-92 Level 1 and NATO SDIP-27 Level A certified Computing Systems. These new TEMPEST systems will be utilized in Denmark and Germany. The following system contents are provided to show the internal component requirements for the systems. There will be a quantity of 4 systems with the same configuration. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. The Government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to API Technologies Corp.(API), associated with ION Networks. API is the only known US company with certified technicians allowed to certify computing systems to TEMPEST NSTISSAM 1-92 Level 1 and NATO SDIP-27 Level A standards. Computer systems must be certified to TEMPEST NSTISSAM 1-02 Level 1/NATO SDIP-27 Level A standards. This is based upon local security requirements for the nations within which these systems will be deployed. API is certified to perform the required configuration and testing of the systems to reach TEMPEST NSTISSAM 1-02 Level 1/NATO SDIP-27 Level A certification. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit capability statements to, William.t.dudley@navy.mil. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. THERE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to offer the materials for this requirement, please provide the following: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and business size and type of ownership for the organization. The provided information shall not exceed more than two pages in length. THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE WILL BE USED FOR MARKET RESEARCH. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to deliver the above- listed supplies are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice not later than 8:00am PST on 09 October 2017.
