- Description
- This is a Special Notice, it does not constitute a formal solicitation or request for offers and none will be issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) ASA FM&C intends to award one sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the support of the Defense Travel System Central Billing Account (CBA) Reconciliation Tools and Process for the Army. The anticipated ordering period is two (2) years. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Immersion Consulting LLC, 2200 Somerville Road Suite 100 ANNAPOLIS, MD, 21401-4561, Cage Code: 32FX8 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized by Statue. Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 11 October 2017. The POC for this action is Ashley Clark.
