- LOGFED Modeling & Simulation Justification and Approval The delivery of this contract is intended to provide the U.S. Army CASCOM, the capability to fully participate in distributed simulation exercises (SIMEX) by ensuring that the desired Logistics Federate (ie. Joint Deployable Logistics Model/JDLM) is federated with other BLCSE Federation models within the Battle Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE) Federation for the expressed purpose of simulating logistic operation interactions within the federation combat model - One Semi Automated Force (OneSAF). Additionally, the contractor is responsible for ensuring LOGFED model remains current with all federation object model (FOM) file updates and updates the JDLM software kernel as required to ensure proper entity interaction is maintained between federation models and the LOGFED. Contractor shall provide a subject matter expert (SME) able to perform system trouble shooting procedures, build federated and stand-alone project databases that accurately replicate U.S. Army sustainment operations. Provide personnel training and training products to experimentation participates performing functional workstation operations in preparation and during battle lab experimentation events.
