Description

updated pricing sheet for Nov 3rd- 5th. This requirement is for lodging and conference space rental in support of a New York Army National Guard Post- Deployment Yellow Ribbon event. We are currently seeking quotes for lodging and conference space for the weekend of 3 November 2017-5 November 2017. Due to the nature of this event, we ask that potential vendors be limited to within a 50 mile radius of the Camp Smith Training Site, at 100 Camp Smith Drive, Cortlandt, NY 10567. We are looking for 140 room rentals for attendees and staff and conference space to host 450 people. For more details, please see the scope of work attached. Please note the service contract act applies to this requirement and contractor manpower reporting also applies. The applicable wage determination is based upon vendor's location. It is requested that prospective vendors complete the pricing breakdown on page 25-26 of the performance work statement. Please note for convenience, it is also included as a separate attachment. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please include the hotel layout for conference space, and specify spaces available with your quote.
