- PR: 0068144574, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 23 OCTOBER 2017; CLOSING DATE: 22 NOVEMBER 2017. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 14 National Stock Number (NSN) 1560 016048682. Approved source(s): IAW drawing - 1G This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-a-side, using Full and Open Competition, after Exclusion of Sources. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Production delivery is 292 Days after First Article Approval (DAFFA). Government First Article Preproduction approval required. Testing will be in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications and/or Engineering instructions. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. The solicitation issue date is 23 Oct 2017, closing 22 Nov 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
