- Attachment IV Attachment III Attachment II Attachment I RFP # 276661WPK 40,000 mWh - "NEW" - Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) for FY17 in accordance with the following. REC's to be generated between April 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017. There is no requirement for Green-e REC's. Renewable Energy Credit Certificates are required to be delivered to Fermilab this calendar year.
