This requirement is for one clean approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying from Augusta Bay, Italy to Mersin, Turkey a minimum of 175,000 bbls of JP8 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 13 October and cancel 14 October 2017. The intended performance will be one voyage from Augusta Bay, Italy to Mersin, Turkey. The period of performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Load Port: Augusta Bay, Italy; Discharge Port: Mersin, Turkey 18. Set-aside status: Unrestricted. The decision to make this "Unrestricted" is based on the work being done outside the United States or its outlying areas (See Far 19.000(b)). All responsible business sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Associate has concurred with this assessment.
