- This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the following Commercial item/services: RED HAT GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (Qty. 88) Red Hat Global Professional Services (hourly) Architect (Qty. 320) Red Hat Global Professional Services (hourly) Senior Consultant (Qty. 64) Red Hat Global Professional Services (hourly) Project Manager This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 519190 and $27,500,000, respectively. The quotation submission due date is October 12, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
