- Description
- General Dynamics Information Technologies (GDIT) was awarded a bilateral modification under contract N66001-09-D-0037 to change FAR clause 52.216-22 (Indefinite Quantity (OCT 1995) in the basic contract to allow performance to continue from its existing 180 days after the contract expires to 2 April 2019, 366 days, after the contract expires on 02 April 2018. This change allows for the completion of existing orders and any orders issued prior to the contract's expiration date (2 April 2018).
