- J&A - SAS Enterprise BI FY18 The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP/Bureau) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) to Executive Information Systems, LLC (EIS), 6901 Rockledge Drive Suite, 600, Bethesda, MD 20827. The proposed contract action is for annual maintenance and support for previously purchased software. The award will be processed under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The period of performance will be from date of award through 12 months. This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit detailed information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Bureau of Prisons' needs. Responses received within 2 days of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement to competition, solely at the Government's discretion. The Government award was a firm-fixed price contract using Simplified Acquisitions procedures.
