Description

USNH GUAM 18Q0002 The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price standing-order contract for Laboratory Reagents in the medical treatment facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 325413. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The Government will not consider multiple awards. All offerors must quote on all items and all quantities listed in the schedule to be considered for award no later than 11:00am Guam time on 19 October 2017. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment, visit https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1.
