- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order to Granville Medical Management, Oxford, North Carolina, 27565. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, NC. The Federal Correctional Complex has a need for transporting inmates to and from the Federal Correctional Complex and local hospitals. Interruption of services would cause the Government undue damage. These services will be for the period of October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received within 10 working days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
