- This is the synopsis notice to add 5 NSNs onto the Northrop Grumman Baltimore (97942) Repair BOA, N00383-15-G-067G in support of MQ-4C Triton MFAS Radar requirements. NIINS: 016503577 016481325 016503575 016503573 016503574 The government intends to continue issuing Delivery Orders on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman under this BOA for the duration of the five years. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn: Ms. Kristen Shubick, Contract Specialist, Code (N762.33), 700 Robbins Ave, Bldg 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
