Description

Instruction to Offer's Signed Amendment 0008 Signed Amendment 0007 Amendment: 0008 "The reason for this amendment is to clarify the requirement is only for Janitorial Services at the NAC. This amendment revises the Technical Evaluation section of the RFP to reflect only Janitorial Services. The Proposal due date is October 13, 2017." To be considered technically acceptable under this factor, the Offeror must demonstrate prior experience concurrently cleaning and managing operation of building for two office buildings of at least 400,000 RSF within the last five years. For each building, the Offeror shall submit the following information: Company name Role of company in this prior experience project Type of facility Project location (address, city, state) Nature of tenant mission and population Rentable Square Footage (RSF) Annual dollar value of contract Description of services provided Contract award date Date of contract start/completion, Name and title of the building's owner Contact information for two individuals with direct knowledge of Offeror's performance.
