- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency anticipates awarding, on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract, comprised of one base year and four option years. This contract will be awarded to the Canadian Commercial Corporation to fulfill the requirement for the procurement of various publications from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) of Montreal, Canada pertaining to world-wide civil aviation information regulations, in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 225.870-1(c)(3) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The required publications are only available from one Canadian firm. The statutory authority for the sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers.
