- Description
- The Contractor for the work under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) N4019217Q5009 shall adaptively manage approximately 1,000 threatened C. micronesica plants on the Navy ™s Tinian leased lands to protect each plant from invasive species, maintain optimal growth of individual plants, perpetuate the species by pollination of flowering individuals, and to assess and evaluate changes in nutrient cycling at the site of the plants in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 30 May 2017. The performance period is 12 months from the date of award. This RFQ is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency.
