Notice and Bid Sheet 12 Oct 2017 Exhibit E Lease 12 Oct 2017 Exhibit D Exhibit A Exhibit B & C The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, is offering for agricultural lease six (6) parcels of land totaling approximately 273 acres at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, Virginia. Leases will be awarded to the highest bidders for a five (5) year term beginning October 16, 2017. Detailed information concerning the land and the procedure for submitting bids may be obtained from Mr. Len Diloia, Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, Virginia, between the hours of 8 a.m. and -3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, except legal federally observed holidays, at (540) 731-5780. Bid packages may be obtained from Mr. Andrew Willey at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (757) 201-7804. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Real Estate Office, U.S. Army Engineer District, Norfolk, Attn: CENAO-RE-D, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Monday October 16, 2017. Total number of tracts offered for lease is SIX (6).
