Description

Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION: This solicitation is for a one-time service to repair HTE Moment and Shear Ties used on the B-2 aircraft. The service includes repairing cracks and restoring the thermally-applied bond arc/copper coating. This solicitation is being conducted on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Coorporation, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. All relevant solicitation documents are attached to this notice. Please submit questions or concerns regarding this effort to David "Nick" Padgett, david.padgett@us.af.mil and Hideo Mera, hideo.mera.2@us.af.mil. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
