PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Lebanon VA Medical Center THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUIVALENT REQUIREMENT Title of Project: Parking Lot Shuttle Cart Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of need (SON), except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall provide a Parking Lot Shuttle Cart with accessories and deliver within 90-days from the date of notice of contract award to the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has an urgent need for a parking lot shuttle cart. This cart will replace the aging existing cart. The new cart will provide more safety features than the existing cart as well as be equipped with heat, making the volunteer job less stressful and more comfortable. This cart will also enhance the veteran experience at Lebanon LVAMC. Performance Period: Delivery shall occur within 90 days of receipt of contract Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order.
