- Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the potential acquisition of the following items: 1. Adhesive Resin, Epon No. 828. This requirement is brand name specific. In accordance with Drawing 12576463. Packaged in five (5) gallon non-returnable containers. MSDS required with each shipment. Maximum shelf life required. 2. Epoxy Hardener, Epicure 3140, Versamid 140. This requirement is brand name specific. In accordance with Drawing 12576464. Packaged in five (5) gallon non-returnable containers. MSDS required with each shipment. Maximum shelf life required. A new procedure for accessing restricted and unrestricted technical data through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website is in effect. Contractors must have an FBO account prior to accessing any Technical Data Package TDP(s). The ACC-RI will no longer make TDPs available to order via CD-ROMS. You may request the drawings however, due to export restrictions, you must first be certified with US/Canada Joint Certification Program and obtain a certified DD Form 2345. To obtain certification, you may go to the website https://www.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/Default.aspx. Once certified, the data custodian listed on your company's certified DD Form 2345 must submit the request for TDP access in FedBizOpps website www.fbo.gov. To request access to the drawings, log in to FBO and under this notice click on the "packages" sub-tab and then click on the "request explicit access" button. Please allow 2-3 working days to process your request. You will receive a system generated email from FBO stating you have been granted permission for viewing or downloading the drawings provided. Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, place of manufacture, production capability, delivery lead times, warranty, and cost estimates for budgetary purposes only. Delivery shall be FOB Destination: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff AR. The NAICS code for these items is 325520 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Please indicate your company business size in your response. This is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The information you provide will only be utilized by ACC-RI in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
