- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, Columbus proposes to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term indefinite quantity contract (IQC). This project is comprised of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) 4820-01-180-0848 device (VALVE,SAFETY RELIEF ) that supports the Navy's USS Mount Whitney (LCC/JCC 20) that actively patrols throughout parts of the world. Offerors are given the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. This project will be unrestricted with other than full & open competition under statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). These items have not been found to be commercial and will therefore be solicited using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The Estimated contract maximum will be $724,050.00
