- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about October 27, 2017 for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity type contract, with an estimated maximum contract value of $32,000,000. The proposed action is for two (2) Helmet Mounts, which support the AN/PVS-7 and AN/PVS-14 night vision systems. The items associated with this proposed acquisition are as follows: AN/PVS-7 & AN/PVS-14 PASGT Helmet Mount Assembly NSN: 5855-01-612-5116 Yearly Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 8,550 AN/PVS-7 & AN/PVS-14 ACH Helmet Mount NSN: 5855-01-610-8704 Yearly Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 43,000 Quantities provided above are estimates and should be used for planning purposes only. Based on market research, these items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, FAR Part 15 will apply to this acquisition. This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through FBO.
