Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify all sources that can provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform load testing and functional check on all 175 Arjo ceiling patient Lifts. The equipment shall be checked for operation and performance. The total number of lifts is 175. Inspection must be completed by personnel who is qualified to inspect each type of lift system. Functional inspection should include all normal functions of the lift. Testing and inspection are to be conducted in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 10535. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought Notice by Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. (EST).
