Description

Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with formats found in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFP 20102880 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 531120. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Trade Relations (OTR), has a requirement for conference space for the CBP 2017 East Coast Trade Symposium (ECTS) on December 5th-6th, 2017 and the (Option Period) CBP 2018 East Coast Trade Symposium (ECTS) on October 17th-18th, 2018. The source selection process will consist of lowest-price technically acceptable. The Government will review the offerors' quotes provided in accordance with the Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW).
