- Proposed solicitation, SPE7M218R0013, is for NSN 4720-00-166-5892, a Hose, Nonmetallic, to be manufactured I/A/W BASIC SPEC NR MIL ‐ H ‐ 24136/1A REVISION NR A DTD 09/03/1993 PART PIECE NUMBER: M24136/1 ‐ 96 IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL ‐ H ‐ 24136B REVISION NR B DTD 09/03/1993 PART PIECE NUMBER: M24136/1 ‐ 96. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. This NSN is listed as a primary QPL or QML therefore the Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List is applicable. THIS SHELF LIFE ITEM IS NON ‐ EXTENDABLE, CODE W, WITH A TOTAL SHELF LIFE OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY MONTHS. MATERIAL FURNISHED UNDER THIS CONTRACT/ORDER SHALL HAVE AT LEAST 85% (102 MONTHS) OF THE SHELF LIFE REMAINING AT TIME OF DELIVERY. Anticipated quantity is 1,000 feet, which are to be shipped to New Cumberland PA 17070, with an anticipated required delivery of 120 days. FOB point is origin I/A/W First Destination Transportation. Inspection and acceptance to take place at destination. Anticipated award to be a one-time buy, firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be unrestricted. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
