- The solicitation number is SPE4A6-18-R-0123, the PR number is 0069871106 and the NSN is 6150-01-591-0096. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract with no quantity option. This NSN is critical application. Required quantity is 15. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and the approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) P/N S7062-11013-056. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.
