Description

J&A for Parking Spaces at Ronald Reagan Building (RRB). The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source award to Trade Center Management Associates LLC (TCMA) for parking spaces at the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) in Washington, DC. The period of performance shall be a Base Year (12 months) and four 12-month Option Years The purpose of the requirement is to procure 63 parking spaces for Government owned vehicles (GOVs) and government personally owned vehicles (POVs) for employees located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The parking spaces shall include 59 unreserved parking spaces for qualifying Customs and Border Protection employees as well as an additional 4 reserved spaces for Law enforcement government vehicles. The 59 spaces will be occupied by the following: 1. GOVs specially designed and used for law enforcement/criminal apprehension functions 2. Other GOVs and leased vehicles used for official business 3. Emergency Response Group (First responder POVs) 4. Duty/Watch Officers 5. Physically disabled employee POVs 6. Long and Unusual hours POVs 7. Carpool POVs 8. POVs used for Official government business This notice is not a request for quotations/proposals nor an invitation for bids. No formal solicitation package is available.
