Description
NCTRF PD 12-12 CLOTH, TWILL, COTTON. NCTRF PD 29112 Technical Data. A Solicitation is anticipated for the purchase of the TRUNKS, SWIMMER'S, NAVY, CLASS 2, KHAKI; NSN: 8415-00-455-6347(s). The proposed contract will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, which will result in a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Commercial Items. The resultant contract will contain a base year, and four- one year option terms. This proposed buy will result in a negotiated Indefinite Delivery Type contract where the Base Year minimum will be 20,000 PR and the maximum will be 25,000 PR, with four (4) One Year term options for 20,000 PR Minimum and 25,000 PR Maximum. Note that the Minimum Quantity has been raised to 20,000 to prevent any economic ordering quantity limitations and to enhance competition. The annual estimated quantity (AEQ) for this acquisition is 20,000 PR for the Base Year and each option year. Best Value Trade Off method of procurement is anticipated. Price and Product Demonstration Model (PDM) will be used to evaluate the proposal. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. Evaluation factors are as follows in descending order of importance: 1) Product Demonstration Model (PDM) and 2) Past Performance/Performance Confidence Assessment. The first Deliveries will commence 150 days after award with 30 day increments, and 120 days for subsequent Delivery Orders thereafter. Acquisition is FOB Destination to Peckham Vocational Industries Inc, Lansing, Ml. RFID labeling will be required at the case and pallet level. All material used to manufacture this item are to be furnished by the contractor. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
