Minimum Rentable Square Foot: 4200 Maximum Rentable Square Foot: 5000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully service lease is required and the offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Ft. Wayne, IN that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous. In making a determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the above requirement as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, i.e. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses will take priority; however, all interested parties should apply. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) who have properties meeting the above criteria should submit the information listed below via email to Jamie Clark, Lease Contracting Officer at jamie.clark1@va.gov, no later than 3PM, 26 October 2017. Information on properties submitted must include a property description, the address and the total number of parking spaces available. The VA will coordinate a market survey of properties offered for lease at a later date. Please note that this advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date.
