- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to support the U.S. Army/Japanese Ground Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) bilateral Exercise YAMA SAKURA 73 (YS73) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices and with commercial standards, local standards, Japanese ordinances and Japanese laws. These services shall be performed at the same levels as in the commercial marketplace to the maximum extent possible.
