- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Medical Specialty Bed Rental This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The requirement is for Medical Specialty Bed Rental for in-patient care at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso Texas. This solicitation and resultant purchase order is being conducted as unrestricted under full and open competition.
