- Answers to Questions Received in Response to the RFQ: 1. What labor category would the government prefer bidders to use from the wage determination to base our quote? Offerors may utilize what labor category reasonably can fulfill the PWS requirements 2. Can you confirm that this is a total small business set-aside? This is a total small business set-aside 3. The PWS states that 4 greeters is required for this contract. 1 for the 4th Floor, 1 for the 1st Floor, and 2 to support 24 hour operations at the airport. Can you confirm that all 4 employees will work 40 hours per week for the duration of the contract? Operations are from 0700 - 1930 7 days a week, employees will need to cover this period for building operations and airport operations will need to be covered for 24hrs per day between 2 individuals 7 days a week. 4. Can we submit our ORCA Reps and Certs in lieu of the Provisions and Clauses attached to the RFQ cover page? If you have completed your Reps & Certs in SAM you are not required to fill out the RFQ Reps & Certs 5. When does the government anticipate performance to begin on this contract? As soon as possible after award is issued. Employees will need to pass an interview process as identified in the RFQ. 6. Will the government allow us to obtain all of the required insurance after award? Yes, insurance can be obtained after award; however, performance cannot begin until proof of insurance is provided to the government. 7. 1. Are both airport positions expected to be staffed (on duty) at the same time/concurrently during this 17 hour period, or is the government's expectation that the 17 hour period is to be manned by two people (i.e., one taking the first 8.5 hrs, and the other covering the later 8.5 hours)? One position is required to be on-site at the airport during the identified hours. Two positions are capable of covering requirement into two 8 1/2 hour shifts each. End of Section
