- Attachment G - Land Assignment Attachment F - Bid Sheet Attachment E - Start Up Costs Attachment D - Financial Identification and Credit Information (Individual) Attachment D - Financial Identification and Credit Information (Corp, LLC) Attachment D - Financial Identification and Credit Information (Individual) Attachment D - Financial Information for Revenue Producing Uses Attachment C - Sample Lease Attachment B - Sample Letter of Intent Attachment A - Terms and Conditions FOHA 104 RFB The National Park Service (NPS) is requesting bids to lease Building 104, the Sandy Hook Proving Ground Foreman's Residence, for office or residential use within Fort Hancock and the Sandy Hook Proving Ground National Historic Landmark, in the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area (Gateway). See the attached "Offered Lease" for terms of use and occupancy. The final lease negotiated between NPS and the Selected Applicants cannot differ materially from the terms of this RFB. Site visits can be scheduled by appointment only through the Business Management Division at Gateway National Recreation Area by emailing gateway_bmd@nps.gov. This is a rolling solicitation. The NPS will continue to accept responses to the Request for Bid (RFB) on a recurring weekly basis or until this building is leased or the NPS discontinues this solicitation. The NPS is prepared to offer a lease term of up to 60 years. The Request for Bid can be found at https://forthancock21.org/request-for-bids-building-104/. Below are the necessary attachments. Attachment A: Fort Hancock Terms, Restrictions, Conditions and Specific Requirements for Rehabilitation Attachment B: Sample Letter of Intent Attachment C: Fort Hancock Standard Lease Sample Attachment D1: Financial Identification and Credit Information (Individual, Revenue Producing, Corp, LLC) Attachment E: Financial Information for Revenue-Producing Uses Attachment F: Bid Sheet Attachment G: Land Assignment Bids are due November 21, 2017 by 1:00 p.m. The NPS will continue to accept responses to the Request for Bid (RFB) on a recurring weekly basis or until this building is leased or the NPS discontinues this solicitation.
