Description

Fire Extinguisher Annual Maintenance The contractor shall perform all fire extinguisher maintenance and inspections in accordance with all federal, state and local laws and shall ensure all fire extinguishers listed under Place of Performance are operational at all times. Contractor shall not accept any changes whether verbal or written for subject contract unless requested by an authorized Contracting Officer. Any changes made without the authority of an authorized Contracting Officer shall release the Government from any and all financial obligations resulting in said changes. All parts needed to make fire extinguishers operational shall be billed to this contract ONLY. PARTS SHALL NOT BE BILLED SEPARATELY. Any deviations from this will void terms and conditions of this contract subsequently relieving the government from responsibilities outside the scope of this contract.
