Description

DRAFT PWS The attached DRAFT PWS is intended to generate questions, clarify possible ambiguity, and/or address specific technical areas. At this time the Government is only accepting questions pertaining to the DRAFT PWS. No other questions will be accepted at this time. Responses to questions may be provided by the Government at some future date, though the Government is under no obligation to provide formal or informal written or verbal replies to submitted questions. Submitted questions will be used to strengthen and improve the DRAFT PWS for its final version. The anticipated solicitation release date IS NOT known at this time. A specific contract type (FFP, CR, T&M) will be determined at the Task Order level of this anticipated multiple-award IDIQ contract. As a result, it is anticipated that proposed labor rates for any and all labor categories will be the same for all said contract types. (i.e. one labor rate per labor category regardless of contract type).
