- DLA Land Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to obtain maintenance capability for power supplies used in the Standardized Integrated Command Post System. The proposed repair effort will be for an estimated 60 Power Supplies. The current National Maintenance Contract is with Aegis Power Systems Inc, under contract # W15P7T-15-D-0020. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, (Market Research) The purpose of this survey is to canvass the industry for any possible other sources that has identical maintenance repair capability, possesses the technical data required to successfully repair these Aegis manufactured power supply as identified below. This request for information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The US Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from industry, including small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms. Those interested manufacturing/repair facility must provide either: information/data/documentation which shows that they have, in fact previously repaired/overhauled the EXACT SAME NG2602 power supply as described in the above table on a prior US Government contract. Alternately, provide documentation, such as a letter from Aegis Power Systems, Inc CAGE # 06ES8, confirming that they are an authorized repair facility of the above mentioned item possesses the necessary technical data. All proprietary and restricted information shall be clearly marked. The US Government has no manufacturing related technical data available for this item.
