Manufacturer: MTU America Inc. 3. Classification Code: 333618 4. Closing Response Date: October 26, 2017 at 14:00 am Norfolk, VA local time. 5. Description: Power Units with core charge, Injectors with core charge, Starters with core charge and Pressure Reducing Stations. 10. This procurement is a FAR 12 acquisition being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program. Accordingly, simplified acquisitions procedures apply. After receipt of quote, the Government may without notice, negotiate with and, if desired, seek a quote revision from quoter. 11. Award will be made to the responsible, technically acceptable quoter with acceptable past performance whose quote, conforming to the request for quote, offers the lowest evaluated price. 12. Set-aside Status: UNRESTRICTED; Decision is based on FAR 19.502-2. Based on market research, there is not a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns. Military Sealift Command Small Business Office concurs with determination.
