- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Vermont City: Williston Delineated Area: City Limit of Williston, VT Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,932 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,932 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Surface): 40 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 90 days Option Term: Additional Requirements: • Existing buildings only • Subleases are not acceptable The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Williston, Vermont that expired in November 30, 2016. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,932 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government intends to use the information requested below from prospective sources as Sources Sought only. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •6) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
