Description: The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Kelvion North America Llc, for the refurbishment of 2 Sets of Low Temp Fresh Water (LTFW) heat exchanger (HE) plates and replacing the gaskets with EPDM Type. Kelvion North America Llc, is the OEM for the LTFW HE Plates installed onboard MSC's T-AKE Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
